5.3 Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
5.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

5.6 For hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
